Product Design Key Stage 4

GCSE Design and Technology: Product Design enables students to design and make products with creativity and originality, using a range of materials and techniques. Students are expected to develop an understanding of the design process and demonstrate the ability to create an industry standard product of their choice.

This course has 60%controlled assessment in order to recognise the importance of practical work within this subject. 11C/Po1 have been designing a range of products inspired by a culture of their choice or flat-pack lighting. 40% of the GCSE is developing our knowledge for an exam in Summer 2017.

Revision, all AQA specification criteria’s covered in short lessons. Students will be given their design theme for Summer 2017.

Exam paper preparation.
