Yesterday afternoon our Year 7 netball team went to BTH to represent Stretford in a Trafford tournament. We played against Flixton, Broadoak, North Cestrian and AGGs. They gave it everything they had and managed to win 3 out of 4 of their games just missing a spot in the semi finals by 3 points.

This event was an opportunity for students from Stretford High school to experience a day at “The Growth Company”, completing practical tasks and challenges. The project gave students an insight into the engineering trades, highlighting the skills required for a potential career in this environment.
