Dear Parents/Carers,
The first Year 11 mock assessments are nearly upon us, as well as the first English Language assessment for Year 10.
The assessments will begin on Monday, 20th November 2023 and will run for two weeks until Friday, 1st December 2023.
The mock assessments will give your child the opportunity to develop their skills and help to prepare them for their formal GCSE examinations which will take place next summer.
We understand that this can be a very stressful time for your child so please encourage them to take full advantage of the help and support that is being offered throughout the school during the run up to the mock assessments.
Please also make sure that your child comes to the assessments fully prepared, with the correct stationery and equipment and that they listen to the instructions and follow the rules throughout.
