Easter Holiday break saw two partner schools Stretford High School and Manchester Academy play against each other. The HDO’s agreed that the school would meet during the Easter half term break to offer students a slightly different holiday club, where selected students would attend the club together to compete in small sided games.
Students were selected for the club based on their consistent attendance at lunchtime football sessions with the HDO.
On the day as requested by students they played a full 10 v10 football game in the morning, followed by a mini mixed team tournament in the afternoon. This gave students the opportunity to play together.
