Face Masks

Dear Stretford

I have had a message today from Public Health Trafford which explained that due to rising infection rates in Trafford,  masks are being reintroduced in secondary schools for all pupils and staff.

Unless medically exempt, masks must be worn in all communal areas and can be worn in teaching spaces.

We will continue with the plan to move to teaching in subject areas BUT we will be keeping this under review and we may have to revert back to smaller bubbles again.

Please remember that you should still be carrying out LFT tests twice a week and should report any positive results to school as soon as possible.  Please also take an LFT test on Sunday evening or Monday morning to make sure that you are safe to return to school.

Remember that hand washing and maintaining safe distances is still the most effective way to stay safe.

Take care and stay safe,

Nic Doward
