The Year 10 and 11 boys basketball team played Wellacre Academy this week. Wellacre turned up with a very tall and athletic looking team; however they were no match for our level of skill. Stretford got off to an extremely positive start with 4 baskets from Tom (Year 11), only allowing Wellacre one 3 pointer. Excellent team work and constant effort allowed the team to extend the lead and put in a convincing win of 68-8. Well done to the team!
