Tracking Success: Our Mid-Term Progress Incentive
At our school, we know that when school and home work together as a team, our students absolutely thrive. Over the past year, our color-coded progress initiative has become a key part of how we keep you closely connected to your child’s journey and achievements.
This established system allows us to celebrate success regularly and quickly identify where we can offer extra support.
The Mid-Term Color Ratings
Every mid-term, students receive a color-coded performance rating based on their recent achievements, effort, and behavior:
Gold: Going above and beyond! This rating recognizes students who are demonstrating exceptional effort, earning high merits, and maintaining excellent attendance.
Green: On track and doing great! This shows a student is meeting our high expectations, working hard, and staying consistent.
Red: Support needed. This is a constructive indicator that a student needs a little extra focus or encouragement to get back on track.
Tailored Guidance & Teamwork
These ratings are a powerful tool for growth. Form tutors use these evaluations during regular, one-on-one check-ins with students to review their progress and set personal, achievable goals, such as:
- Boosting their point totals.
- Improving attendance and punctuality.
- Developing stronger classroom focus.
