 Dear Parents and Carers,
What a fantastic week of celebrations at SHS – filled with fun, inspiration, and valuable learning experiences for our students!
World Book Day – A Celebration of Stories!
On 7th March, we brought the magic of books to life with a day full of exciting activities. Our staff embraced the spirit of storytelling by
dressing up as their favourite book characters, and the whole school buzzed with excitement as students took part in:
·A thrilling scavenger hunt – testing their knowledge and detective skills to uncover hidden literary treasures.
·A book-themed photo booth – capturing their love for reading in creative ways.
·A fantastic book swap hosted by our Student Council, where children exchanged books and discovered new favourites.
·A Bake-Off competition, where students and staff showcased their creativity through delicious book-inspired cakes!
It was a joy to see our students so engaged with reading, and we hope this enthusiasm continues at home. Be sure to read all
