Dear Parents and Carers,
A Week of Scientific Wonder
What a truly spectacular Science Week we have shared! It has been a joy to see our corridors buzzing with scientific inquiry, but Tuesday’s STEM Exhibition was undoubtedly a standout moment.
By bringing professionals and real-world technology into the heart of our school, we provided our students with more than just a lesson—we provided a window into their own futures. This context is vital; it transforms abstract formulas into tangible career paths in engineering, medicine, and green technology, sparking the curiosity that drives lifelong success.
I must also take a moment to commend our students. They arrived engaged, respectful, and eager to participate, representing our school and the wider community to an exceptionally high standard. They were a credit to themselves and to you.
Focus on Year 11
For our Year 11 students, the finish line is in sight as they prepare to begin their GCSEs. While high attendance is always a priority, it is absolutely critical in these final weeks. Every lesson serves as vital preparation to ensure they feel confident and capable when they sit their exams. We are behind them every step of the way.
