Dear Parents and Carers,

Yesterday, we were delighted to welcome our new Year 7 students to Stretford High School for their transition day. It was a real pleasure to meet them all (together with parents in the afternoon). The children were a credit to their parents and to their primary schools—polite, engaged, and full of enthusiasm. We’re so excited to have them join us in September.

A big thank you to all who visited the exhibition and to the PEXA team for their dedication and creativity throughout the year. Their work, and that of our students, reminds us that crafting something meaningful often requires graft—and it’s worth it.

Wishing you and your families a calm and restful few weeks as we head towards the end of term.
